Melba Schertler

Melba-Linda Schertler grew up on a farm in Australia where she worked with draft horses in hilly country. Melba has lived and worked in Australia, USA, Austria and England before settling in Bavaria, Germany. Seven years ago Melba started riding and working with horses again.

For the past twelve years, Melba has been running International Business English (www.ibe-training.com), her own language school, with over 100 High Performance courses/ week for all levels of management at the world's largest diagnostic company. Melba has been involved in communication coaching and language training since 1971.

Today, Melba is the director of International Communication Coaching (www.icc-training.com) which includes natural leadership training where horses are the co-coaches.

Melba and her company Horse-Alliance (www.horse-alliance.com) also work together with Gerhard and Karin Krebs, owners of G & K HorseDream GmbH (www.horsedream.com) the pioneers of horse-assisted management training in Europe, and the co-founders of the European Association for Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE).

Karin and Gerhard Krebs, the owners of HorseDream are the pioneers of integral horse-assisted management, leadership development training and coaching, in Europe. HorseDream is the initiator and a founding member of the European Association for Horse Assisted Education. To date more than 150 seminar providers and trainers from 19 European countries, USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Africa and Australia, have joined the association.

Christine Schöneberg


Christine Schöneberg studied economics and worked in the IT field for international corporations involved in mechanical engineering, for 25 years. For eleven of those years she held management positions encompassing internal and external management consulting in many different fields of industry covering a wide range of topics and corporate sectors.

Since 2004 Christine has been a freelance management consultant focusing on organizational development and leadership training. Her two horses, living in a large herd near Mannheim/Heidelberg, have accompanied her over many years. In 2009 Christine became a licensed HorseDream Partner and now offers horse facilitated seminars for managers, teams and individuals.




Corinna Wagner


Corinna Wagner is a certified physiotherapist for both humans and horses. Therapies included in Corinna s work are hippo therapy, osteopathic treatment, acupuncture and massage as well as work with riders and the handicapped. Corinna is well known as a speaker and holds seminars on all the different types of work she does. Corrina works with Horse-Alliance on movement and body work.




Uta Leitenberger


Uta Leitenberger is a pharmacologist and naturopath whose work concerns harmonizing our human energy system. Uta uses traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, kinesiology as well as colour and sound therapies. Uta works with Horse-Alliance on its Professional Women seminars.
